45-minute sessions are $160.

I do not participate with any insurance providers. All insurance companies consider me an “out-of-network” provider. If your insurance plan includes “out-of-network benefits,” you may be able to be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee. If you would like to seek reimbursement, I am glad to work with you to submit claims.

I ask for 48-hour notice for session cancellations. Sessions canceled within 48 hours will be billed the full session fee ($160).

Please know that canceled session fees cannot be reimbursed by insurance.

I see clients once, twice, or three times weekly. We will decide how often we meet together.

I practice a longer-term form of therapy. Dynamics have developed in our minds and bodies throughout our entire lives. While it is impossible to know from the beginning how long treatment will be, it often takes a good bit of time to meaningfully and sustainably identify, understand, and influence these dynamics.
